All I can say is "I'm in love"! These homemade, irresistibly gooey chocolate chip cookies with their rich, melted chocolate filling are for chocolate epicureans alike! I made them for the first time today from scratch by mixing and tweaking a few different random recipes into an ultimate chocolate-lovers treat— MMMmm.
I call it the Chocolate Chip Magma Cookie[cake]. The 'Magma' is a melted chocolate filling between two layers of homemade chocolate circles. It's a cookie, but in cupcake form; hence, the '[cake]' addition to the title. I love it, and I have the feeling that these will be a hit! ..And what better way than to top off a warm Cookie[cake] with Vanilla Ice Cream!
